A little preview of my pre-vacation week of super clean eating! Here is what day two looked liked!
Iced coffee with soy (no sugar)
3 egg whites + 1 whole egg topped with my chunky avocado salsa
Kale and broccoli crunch with cashews and Thai dressing
Pita Jungle Mediterranean Salad (gave the chicken to my mom since I’ve gone veg for the time being)
*Not pictured* Spicy jalapeño hummus with celery and carrots
