A little preview of my pre-vacation week of super clean eating! Here is what day two looked liked!
- Iced coffee with soy (no sugar)
- 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg topped with my chunky avocado salsa
- Kale and broccoli crunch with cashews and Thai dressing
- Pita Jungle Mediterranean Salad (gave the chicken to my mom since I’ve gone veg for the time being)
- *Not pictured* Spicy jalapeño hummus with celery and carrots
